Tormented will of countless husks made manifest in a pit of Silk dregs. The souls of so many bugs, obsessed with Silk, consumed by it. Their pain shall forever remain in that pit. Even I do not possess strength enough to cleanse it.
Background
Whiteward’s failed surgeries dumped shells into a Silk refuse pit. Obsession outlived death: pooled Silk and lingering souls coalesced around a Conductor’s mask, forming a single horror. It cannot be ‘cleansed’—destroying its body leaves the scar and suffering behind.
In-Game Events
Find the Surgeon’s Key via Whiteward’s hidden ceiling and trash chute, then unlock the southwest disposal pit. Two waves (Dreg Husk; Dreg Husk + Dregwheel) brighten the room before the true form erupts as the Conductor mask rises from below. Victory grants a Silk Heart.
Behaviour & Tactics
1000 HP, mostly underground; rumbling dust telegraphs emergence. Contact and scalpels 2 Masks; the golden mask ignores overhead hits though pogoing is possible.
• Dreg Rush: Full‑room charge then burrow.
• Cadaver Spit: Two corpse shots (flat + slight up‑angle), may chain or burrow.
• Phase 2 (800–400): summon 2 Dregwheels, new patterns.
• Phase 3 (≤400): intensified cycles.
Tips: Track dust to pre‑aim, farm Silk safely off projectiles, and respect the mask’s immunity angles; heal at burrow timings.
